New Stairs

This is the new stairs not quite finished

and this is the old stairs

So this kind of gives you and Idea of what the old and new stairs are like I didn't get a picture of what the stairs looked like before Jared started ripping them apart but I did catch them halfway through. Our old stairs were really steep and narrow I could barely put half my foot on the stair tread. They are still not quite finished but we are getting really close. and then hopefully we will get the bathroom completely done and then the kitchen yippee and we have a bunch of projects planned for this summer and there is alot of yard work to do as well but we have automatic sprinklers so I don't have to water by hand anymore yippee. Today I taught the lesson in relief society on the miracle of forgiveness I ran out of time and had to cut it short but it was really good material I highly recommend all of you reading it today it is Lesson #4 . The girls night out was lots of fun we went and saw Eragon which I thought was pretty good and got some Ice cream after wards it was alot of fun just to get out. Yesterday my mom came over and watched the kids and I went and helped Jared reline a chimney it took us 5 hours it is not an easy job let me tell you. You have to get everything just right and we both got really dirty but neither of us fell of the roof and we made some pretty good money so hurray. Sher and DJ had pizza with us last night and that was lots of fun and DJ told us what kind of plants were in out yard its nice to be able to use others knowledge and its also nice when others have some knowledge. Jared is sick today poor guy but still has to work what a bummer. Quote for the day "The essence of the miracle of forgineness is that is brings peace to the previously anxious, restless, frustrated, perhaps tormented soul. In a world of turmoil and contention tis is indeed a priceless gift."

The stairs look great. Hope Jared is feeling better. You both are working so hard. But it is really shaping up. I love the openings into your kitchen.
