Opinions needed

So my daughter turned 4 a few months back and just before that she decided that she loves orange and yellow and every times she sees anything those colors she goes into raptures about how she loves it and it is beautiful (this includes bathroom stalls). So for her birthday I crocheted her a skirt and I can't decide of it is cute or a little too much so I am asking for opinions from anyone who might read this is it cute or not

Also I did a cake for a girl who loves monster high which I had never heard of, I think I like how it turned out but the jury is still out .
