Harlan's Birthday

My little boy turned five yesterday and boy let me tell you he is getting so big He decided he wanted a Bob the builder cake and I ran out of frosting and had no desire to make more that and time was short so I didn't put a border on it but I still think it looks okay. Harlan is going to preschool now and at school thay made him a special birthday crown which he wore for most of the rest of the day. We decide to have Sher and D.J. and the girls come over and it was lots of fun and I am glad that they came. We gave Harlan a Quilt, a stick horse and a Cars basketball hoop with ball that hangs on his door he has been practicing all morning Sher and D.J. gave his some bug soap and Dragon's breath spray (peppermint breath spray) which he loves I got the quilt done on Saturday and since I didn't have quilting frames it took me 6 hours of crouching on the floor to tie it I was so sore the next day. this last week has been a very productive week I was able to sew a quilt, 5 capes, 3 hats, 2 3/4 sets of pajamas one isn't quite done. This week I need to finish two dresses another cape and a huge stuffed dog, and another quilt although this one is sewn I just need to quilt it wish me luck I am going to need it. The week after that my brother is getting married and I am making his wedding cake. I am really excited for Christmas to come so that my stress level goes down a little. Tonight is Enrichment and we are haveing a white elephant gift exchange hopefully I can find something shouldn't be too hard with all the Junk in my house. Jared took the car in last Friday because it was sluggish starting and they said oh a loose battery cable everything else checks out fine and then it prodeeds to get worse and yesterday he took it in because it was getting really bad and one new starter later it is hopefully working better. I was in a panic last night because it was still at the shop and i have a doctor's appointment today. But I called this morning and it was ready so I walked with my kids Gracie and Emery insisted upon riding in their strollers so Harlan and I had to push luckily it was only 3 blocks because harlan had a hard time controlling the stroller but he was a trooper and pushed the whole way.
